EXERCISES:
Pre-Warmup This joint mobility warmup is suitable to prepare the body for any exercise or sport.
Patting/Meridian Circulation - Helps in the circulation of the body’s energy system and blood and helps break up “energy locks”.
Abdominal Breathing Technique - Overcomes shallow breathing, helping to activate the Tan Tien, energy center. It also strengthens the lower abdomen and protects the lower back.
Balloon Kicking - Releases stress, negative emotions and tiredness.
Bouncing - Stress reliever and cellular energizer.
Energy Meditation - Considered to be the most powerful of Qigong exercises. This breathing technique focuses the energy in the Tan Tien; strengthening the immune system. It clears the mind and revitalizes the body. In addition it aids in postural reorganization.
White Crane Walk - A calming Tai Chi Kung exercise.
The Monkey - A Tai Chi Kung [Tiqigong] exercise for energy circulation, coordination and joint mobility.
Spinal Roll - Stimulates and strengthens the organs and digestive system, moves the energy and restores spinal flexibility.
Celestial Orb - An external qigong exercise for flexibility, strength.
IN ADDITION MODIFIED YANG STYLE

***Part The Wild Horse’s Mane, Brush Knee w/Walk & Turn,
Grasp Sparrows Tail, Push & Roll Back , Tai Chi Kicks
GRADING:
Progress Evaluation 60 points
*Up to: 20 on the 3rd wk, **20 on the 6th week and ***20 on the 10th week.]
Paper 40 points Late paper, or failure to email a paper as text, minus 5 pts
EXCEPTIONAL Work - A 93 or more points A-90-92
ABOVE Average Work - B+ 87-89, B 83-86 B- 80-82
AVERAGE Work - C+ 77-79, C 73-76, C-70-72
Passing Work - D+ 67-69, D 63-66 D- 60-62
Failing - F 59-or less points
There are 2 excused [or unexcused] absences, you do not have to show proof.
Each additional absence will lower your grade one step, e.g.: A to A-, or b+ to B etc.
